LEILAH is a chameleon-like musical shapeshifter — a vocalist, writer, and genre-blurring force, her voice cuts with the rawness of lived experience. Her sound is a bold fusion of soul, R&B, electronic, gospel, alt-folk, and Afrobeat textures — a reflection of the many musical paths she’s traversed, absorbed, and recontextualised on her own terms.
LEILAH’s collaborators include SBTRKT, Mura Masa, and Speakers Corner Quartet, to name a few. Her debut EP, LOST THE PLOT, marks a turning point: a deeply personal, unfiltered body of work where she plays "every part": the lead, the backing, the glue LEILAH has tried "every colour in the paint pot", and this is what it looks like when they blend.
